Nana Earthy Pieces – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable UK consumer rights.

Returned items should be:

Unworn and unused

In their original condition

In their original packaging where possible

Suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and checked and will normally be made using the original payment method.

Natural gemstones may vary in colour, pattern, markings and inclusions. These natural variations are part of the unique character of each piece.

Our non-tarnish jewellery is designed to resist tarnishing, but exposure to perfume, chemicals, chlorine, salt water, moisture and excessive wear can affect jewellery over time.
